It's Beginning to look A lot like Christmas

Everyone in the town of Winterpeg were all shocked at the fact the weather here was super Nice, It was the beginning of December and the temperature was as high as plus 7, yes Plus 7 in December. The snow was melting and the grass was peaking through. It was strange and nice at the same time.
For once we will have a winter were were don't freeze our butts off.
Winnipeg Temperatures normally are as low as -30 with risk of frostbite, and we even had craziest coldest temperature whopping at -52, insane right? But this year it was starting off really slow.
A lot of people in town were saying "it just doesn't feel like Christmas with out snow", which is true, Christmas just isn't Christmas here Winnipeg without the beautiful white snowflakes glistening outside.
Until finally, it arrived! It was Now snowing here in Winterpeg. Sure it was like a snow storm, and cars were stuck in traffic for hours, moving at 5km/hour, but we have snow just in time for Christmas!!
It was a wonderful thing, kids can put on their snow suits, make beautiful snow angels, build an Olaf, make snow forts, go sledding, while parents whip out the shovels, even snow blowers just so we can get our cars out the driveway, or scrape the ice down from our vehicle windows...well maybe not that part, all I am trying to say is, Winter is here!
Still there are a lot of things that I don't like about winter, but right now I am just going to embrace the fact that it is here in time to celebrate Christmas.
Now my next wish is for the cold weather to disappear in time for NEW YEARS!
